If the role(s) matches any of our existing applicant profiles, we will forward all of the necessary details and proceed to the interview process within 24 to 48 hours. If you require us to look for more, we will continuously update you with the matching profiles.
If the talents do not meet your requirements, we will not terminate the job post, and we’ll continue to look for the perfect profile.

During the hiring process, we only shortlist the high caliber candidate that matches the skills required. We do not provide training for your employee(s). All talents will work and communicate directly to you. Our Client and Employee Relations Officers (CERO) will continuously support to both parties.
As soon as hired, our talents are available to start. However, there are situations where a team or an employee can only start on a specific date. They may be currently rendering their 30-day work from the previous job/client.
Yes! We seek long term business relationships, and all of our talents are looking for a long term position. However, we also support project-based roles.
It is possible to terminate employment. If the employee has issues that affect its work, let us know, and we’ll investigate. We are always ready for replacements.
