We are looking for a General Virtual Assistant to help with our daily, weekly, and monthly processes. A growing business based in the United States with a lot of growth opportunities.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Get appt reports for each counselor and email it to them (monthly)-(Training and How-To guide are provided).
  • Chart audits (monthly) (Training and How-To guide are provided).
  • Check authorizations (websites and phone calls) (weekly).
  • Quality assurance on random calls to clients/text/emails/mailed surveys.
  • Complete satisfaction surveys (clients and staff) (quarterly).
  • Fax authorizations (as needed).
  • Schedule doc day.
  • Take notes and send the prescriptions and make sure they are filled within 24 hours after submission (monthly) (Training and How-To guide are provided).
  • Maintain employee records.
  • Answer calls or return calls (as needed) (Ring Central)
  • Update website with new blogs (weekly) (Contents are provided)
  • File client-related documents (as needed) (Training and How-To guide are provided)
  • Reach out to old clients to offer to re-enroll them into service.
