We are looking for a General Virtual Assistant to help with our daily, weekly, and monthly processes. A growing business based in the United States with a lot of growth opportunities.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Get appt reports for each counselor and email it to them (monthly)-(Training and How-To guide are provided).
- Chart audits (monthly) (Training and How-To guide are provided).
- Check authorizations (websites and phone calls) (weekly).
- Quality assurance on random calls to clients/text/emails/mailed surveys.
- Complete satisfaction surveys (clients and staff) (quarterly).
- Fax authorizations (as needed).
- Schedule doc day.
- Take notes and send the prescriptions and make sure they are filled within 24 hours after submission (monthly) (Training and How-To guide are provided).
- Maintain employee records.
- Answer calls or return calls (as needed) (Ring Central)
- Update website with new blogs (weekly) (Contents are provided)
- File client-related documents (as needed) (Training and How-To guide are provided)
- Reach out to old clients to offer to re-enroll them into service.
