We’re a growing start-up company that is changing the internet by providing people around the world the best tools to build amazing websites. We have over 5 million active websites and a world-wide community that loves our product. We are looking for an Office Manager to join us. This opening is a maternity leave replacement for ~6 months.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Making office supplies arrangements
  • Greeting all visitors and providing general administrative support to our employees
  • Organizing the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment
  • Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs
  • Responsibility for attendance reports, sickness certificates, etc
  • Support HR and Finance Team
  • Responsible for the cleaning team
  • Managing and operating the reception on an ongoing basis

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Front office manager or Office administrator
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness for a full-time job 09:00-18:00
  • True team spirit, ready to work in a hyper agile environment
  • Hebrew and English – good communication skills, mandatory
  • CAN-DO mentality
